1.What is the source?

Creatine Pyruvate is derived from 68% creatine monohydrate (micronized) and 40% pyruvic acid. Creatine monohydrate is synthetically produced. Pyruvic acid is obtained from tartaric acid. The total assay exceeds 100% due to conversion of creatine monohydrate to anhydrous creatine in the production of creatine pyruvate.

2.What does it do?

Creatine Pyruvate is a combination of Creatine and Pyruvate, both of which are impressive ergogenic (energy) producers and have been highly touted for building muscle and reducing body fat.

3.What is the advantage ?

Creatine Pyruvate is 10 times more soluble than either Creatine or Pyruvate and it is also more bioavailable so that it takes less to do the job. Moreover, a loading dose is not necessary.

4.Are there any potential side effects or precautions?

If pregnant or lactating, consult your physician before taking this product. No consistent toxicity has been reported in studies of creatine or pyruvate supplementation. Creatine supplementation should be avoided by individuals with kidney disease.

5.What is the normal dosage everyday?

Much of the human research with Creatine Pyruvate used 5-6 grams per day.
